Here at Downtown Dental Centre our hygienists are divided on their top choice: Barb prefers the Sonicare because of the shape of the brush (oval as opposed to round) and Michelle thinks the Oral B is just fine. Really, as long as you are brushing properly and not hurting your gums by being too harsh, then anything can do the job (I still prefer the old fashioned kind, although my teeth feel cleaner when I use my electric brush). Your level of comfort with the brush will dictate how often you use it, so make sure you like hold and feel of it.
