We work hard at Downtown Dental Centre in Regina to develop strong relationships not only with our patients but with our staff as well. Creating long-lasting relationships – and careers – is something we take pride in. With Dr. Dodds, myself, and our six staff, we have the combined experience in the field of dentistry of 101 years!
Barb tops the chart, with her 44th Anniversary on July 2nd! She continues to be a wealth of information for all of us, especially with her patients. The feedback we receive is consistently outstanding, and she has provided invaluable mentorship to us as owners and to all our staff over the years.

Michelle is also set to celebrate an important anniversary this fall. She graduated from her hygiene program ten years ago and joined our office shortly after that. She, too, provides exceptional service to all of our patients, and all of us appreciate her wisdom and patience in the office.

Both a dental assistant and treatment coordinator, Andrea has been with us since we purchased the practice from Dr. Nattrass in 2007. She is an exceptionally organized person who keeps us all on track and motivated to work as hard as she does. What truly impresses us is her innate curiosity about all things. When there is a question to be answered, Andrea is the sleuth! (We think she may have missed her calling as an undercover agent – but maybe that is her retirement plan!)
Our three dental assistants, Sarah, Kylie, and Chelsea, are all graduates of the dental assisting program at Sask Poly Technic. Three years have flown by with Kylie and Sarah in our office, and Chelsea will celebrate her first anniversary this summer! They are all dedicated, hard-working individuals who strive to ensure our patients are welcomed, cared for, and informed about their oral health.

As for Dr. Dodds and myself (Gayle), we’ve been at this for quite some time! He graduated with his DDS from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, and I began running the practice when we purchased it in 2007. We continue to be blessed with fantastic staff and wonderful patients. We consider our business and all the people associated with it, like family. Your stories – the ups and downs of your life – matter to us, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share a small part of our lives together!
